Please read these terms carefully before using the x4444 platform. By accessing or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player") and x4444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of x4444.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and any associated features made available through the Platform.
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the x4444 Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. x4444 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility
Access to x4444 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. You confirm that all eligibility criteria are satisfied each time you use the Platform.
- 1You must be at least 21 years of age. x4444 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request official government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
- 2You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- 3You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- 4You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling service operated by or affiliated with x4444.
- 5You must not be acting in a professional gambling capacity, syndicate arrangement, or any form of organised betting scheme aimed at exploiting platform features, odds, or promotions.
Account Registration & Security
Each Player may hold only one active account on the x4444 Platform. The following rules apply to all registered accounts.
- 1You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending balances.
- 2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. x4444 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
- 3x4444 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. You must provide requested documents — including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — within the timeframe specified by x4444 support.
- 4Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected for the same individual — identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or personal details — x4444 will close all duplicate accounts and may void any associated winnings.
Deposits & Withdrawals
x4444 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.
- 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds may be revised by x4444 at any time with reasonable notice to players.
- 2All funds deposited to x4444 must be used for the purpose of placing genuine bets on the Platform. x4444 does not function as a payment processor, e-wallet, or money transfer service.
- 3Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. x4444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
- 4x4444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad or Rocket processing times during peak periods, public holidays, or bank maintenance windows.
- 5Any funds deposited using fraudulent payment instruments, chargebacks, or stolen financial details will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotions
x4444 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms.
- 1Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- 2Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- 3x4444 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change to the promotion's terms.
- 4Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in breach of any provision of this Agreement will be void, and x4444 reserves the right to withhold the associated winnings and suspend the Player's account.
- 5Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Independence Day are subject to their own individual promotion terms, which will be published on the Platform when the promotion goes live.
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
x4444 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
- 1Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit predictable patterns in any game or market.
- 2Use of any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or execute any function that would otherwise require manual human input.
- 3Attempting to exploit software errors, technical glitches, misconfigured odds, or any other platform vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- 4Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to move, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
- 5Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening content through any communication channel associated with x4444, including support chat.

Intellectual Property
All content on the x4444 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, game interfaces, and database content — is the exclusive property of x4444 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the x4444 Platform without prior written consent from x4444. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of x4444's intellectual property rights and may be subject to civil or criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x4444, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other commercial or financial losses, even if x4444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
x4444 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds displayed, or the outcome of any game or sporting event. Betting involves risk and the value of your account balance may increase or decrease. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Amendments to These Terms
x4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a minimum notice period. The revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the x4444 Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to x4444's operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals designated by x4444 for the resolution of any dispute arising from this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of x4444 to exercise or enforce any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
